摘    要:用溶剂萃取法对炼油含酚废水脱酚处理。对3种不同含酚废水分别确定各自的最佳工艺条件。磷酸三丁酯(TBP)-柴油为TBP体积10%,萃取比1∶1,pH值与温度没有影响。碳酸二甲酯(DMC)-正己烷为DMC体积50%,萃取比1∶1,pH值与温度没有影响。N503-柴油为N503体积30%,萃取比1∶2,pH值为3~4,温度没有影响。

Abstract:Wastewater from oil refiner is treated by solvent extraction to dephenolize.Optimal technology conditions for three different kinds of phenol-contained wastewater are determined respectively.TBP-Diesel oil: TBP's volume,10%,extract ratio,1∶1;irrelevant to pH and temperature.DMC Diesel oil: DMC's volume,50%,extract ratio,1∶1;irrelevant to pH and temperature.N503-Diesel oil: N503 volume,30%;extract ratio,1∶2;pH,3-4;irrelevant to temperature.
