IF钢热变形铁素体的静态再结晶行为研究

摘    要:在Gleeb-1500热力模拟试验机上采用双道次压缩法,研究了IF钢高温铁素体区变形后道次间隔时间内的软化行为,分析了温度与间隔时间对其静态软化行为的影响,得出IF钢的铁素体静态再结晶激活能为115kJ/mol,建立了静态再结晶动力学数学模型.

Abstract:The softened activity of deformed high-temperature ferrite of IF steel within interval of passes is researched with twin-pass compression method on Gleeb-1500 thermal simulating test machine,the influence of temperature and interval time analyzed.It is concluded the static recrystallization activation energy of ferrite of IF steel is about 115kJ/mol,the static recrystallization dynamics model built.
