摘    要:介绍了清江石化催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫生产装置技术特点、运行情况、运转过程中出现一些问题,主要问题有脱硫率不高和一反压降升高,针对出现的问题所采取的措施,以解决问题。从装置运行情况来看,采用RSDS-II技术可以生产满足国Ⅳ标准的汽油,且产品辛烷值损失小。

Abstract:The process of catalytic cracking gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization unit was described. The main problems of desulfurization degree was not high and the pressure drop in the unit running process, and the countermeas- ures were adopted. The results of commercial performance showed that RSDS - II technology was effective for gasoline up- grading and met the national IV standard.
