| 摘 要： | 针对醋酸乙烯精馏过程控制存在的主要问题,提出一种用于DCS平台的异常诊断和生产优化方法。该方法基于大量的运行数据和丰富的操作经验,通过程序设计并用于DCS平台实现对醋酸乙烯精馏过程的异常诊断和生产优化。采用该方法后,醋酸乙烯精馏工艺参数平稳率提高、能耗降低,获得较好经济效益。

| Abstract: | According to the main problems of vinyl acetate distillation process control, a kind of DCS platform for the diagnosis and abnormal production optimization method was proposed, which was based on a large number of operational data and the rich operation experience, through the program design and used for DCS platform to realize the vinyl acetate distillation process of abnormal diagnosis and production optimization. Using this method, vinyl acetate the rate of smooth, reduced energy consumption, and obtained good economic benefits. |
