摘    要:考察了测定铜、铁、锰、锌元素时的原子吸收的最佳工作条件,包括微波消解条件、燃气流量比、燃烧器高度的选择,得到了火焰法原子吸收测定铜、铁、锰、锌的最佳条件。在试验浓度范围内,各元素的线性关系良好(r=0.9990~0.9999),方法的加标回收率(n=3)在93.2%~114.3%之间,RSD小于5%。该方法的精密度和准确性良好。

Abstract:The best working conditions of atomic absorption spectrometry to determine Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn were investi- gated including microwave digestion, carrier gas flow ratio, and burner height. The optimum instrument parameters were selected, good linearity of the calibration curves was abtained for all target elements ( r = 0. 9990 - 0. 9999). The results showed that the recovery of additional standard( n = 3 ) was 93.6% - 115.6% , and RSD was lower than 5%. The method was accurate and precise.
