倒圆角直梁型柔性铰链刚度研究

摘    要:为研究倒圆角直梁型柔性铰链的刚度性能,利用材料力学和微积分的相关知识推导出该型柔性铰链的弯曲刚度和拉伸或压缩刚度计算公式。采用变截面梁单元建立该型柔性铰链的有限元模型,在一端固定、另一端承受力矩或力的边界条件下,计算分析该型柔性铰链的刚度。将有限元解与所推导出的解析解进行比较,以验证所推导刚度公式的正确性。改变倒圆角直梁型柔性铰链的各结构参数,根据所推导出的刚度公式,利用Matlab软件编程计算出刚度值,并分析倒圆角直梁型柔性铰链的弯曲刚度与其各结构参数之间的关系。

Abstract:In order to explore the rigidity characteristic of a corner-filleted flexural h inges,according to the basic equations of mechanics and calculus,the design eq uations for calculating the bending rigidity and stretching or compressing rigid ity about the flexural hinges were conducted.Based on beam element with variatio nal cross-section,the finite element model of the flexure hinges was establish ed.Under the border condition of fixing one side and bringing to bear moment or force on another side,the calculation of the rigidity about the flexural hinge s was accomplished.In order to validate the correctness of the design equations for calculating the bending rigidity and stretching or compressing rigidity,th e comparison between the analytic results and the results of finite element meth od was made.According to the design equation that was conducted,the relationshi p between the bending rigidity of corner-filleted flexural hinges and its geome try parameters was analyzed by changing its geometrical parameters and using the programming software of Matlab.
