基因组重排技术原理及应用研究

摘    要:基因组重排(genome shuffling)自提出之后在生物工业界备受关注,在育种研究中显示了很大的应用潜力。本文着重阐述了基因组重排的技术原理和优势,介绍了基因组重排技术自出现以来在耐受性菌株选育、高产菌株选育及代谢途径改造等育种方面取得的主要成就。

Abstract:Genome shuffling attracted much attention since it was put forward in biological industry.It had great potential in breeding research and application.The genome shuffling technique principle and advantage were emphatically elaborated,and the main achievements that genome shuffling emerged in the field of resistance strain breeding,high yield stain breeding and metabolic pathway reconstruction were introduced.
