聚天冬氨酸的合成制备研究

摘    要:以马来酸酐为原料合成聚天冬氨酸,研究了合成聚天冬氨酸时铵盐的种类、马来酸酐与碳酸铵的比例、合成时间以及合成温度对目的产物聚天冬氨酸产率和分子量的影响。得出产率最高的合成工艺条件为:n(马来酸酐)∶n(碳酸氨)=1∶1.2,聚合温度为180℃,聚合时间为1.0 h。制备的聚天冬氨酸纯度高达90%以上,产率也在94%以上。所制备的聚天冬氨酸具有一定的缓蚀阻垢作用,可广泛应用于工业循环冷却水处理、油田水处理等领域。

Abstract:Maleic Anhydride was used as the material to synthesize PASP. The varieties of ammonium salts, the ratios of Maleic Anhydride and salvolatile, the synthesis times and synthesis temperatures were focused on to find out the in- fluences to the productivity and the molecular weight of PASP. The optimal process conditions by the highest yield of the synthesises were n( Maleic Anhydride) : n( Ammonium Carbonate) = 1 : 1.2, polymerization temperature 180 ~C, poly- merization reaction time 1 h. The purity of PASP highly reached 90% and the yields were more than 94%. There were scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition performance for PASA. It can be widely used in industrial circulating cooling wa- ter treatment, oilwater treatment and other fields.
