摘    要:对磷酸镁水泥在不同温度处理下的表观形貌、体积收缩率和抗压强度进行了研究,并通过XRD、SEM对各个温度阶段的物相及微观形貌进行了分析,利用TG-DSC研究了加热过程中的质量变化和所产生的热效应。结果表明,在200℃以下,磷酸镁水泥强度减小较大;在400~800℃之间,强度变化相对较小;在更高的温度下,由于烧结现象的出现,磷酸镁水泥的强度甚至有所增长;当温度达到1400℃,磷酸镁水泥的整体结构仍然保持完整,但体积则发生了较大的收缩。磷酸镁水泥具有良好的高温稳定性。

Abstract:Apparent morphological,volume shrinkage and compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement after different temperature treatment were studied,as well as using XRD and SEM to study phases and microstructure of samples,TG-DSC to study the quality change and thermal effects during heating.Results indicate,compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement reduces large when heating to 200℃,the strength of samples changes were relatively small between 400-800℃.The strength of magnesium phosphate cement increased even when temperatures reach 1400℃ since sintering phenomena appear.Magnesium phosphate cement structure remains intact among the whole temperature range,but there have been larger change in the volume shrinkage.Magnesium phosphate cement has a good thermal stability.
