离心式鼓风机损坏原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:介绍了D70-81型离心式鼓风机的结构、性能,离心式鼓风机平衡鼓和叶轮轮毂损坏情况,从密封间隙设计、材料、操作、工艺、振动方面分析了平衡鼓和叶轮轮毂抱死损坏的原因,并提出通过保证轴承座与隔板同心度,按照实验测定ZL104的膨胀系数,重新调整平衡鼓和叶轮密封间隙,来延长离心式鼓风机运行周期。

Abstract:The hub of the impeller balancing drum and structure of type 1970 -81centrifugal blower, centrifugal blower performance, balance drum and the damage of sealing clearance were introduced.
