摘    要:为了解决蒸发冷却技术在应用中存在的蒸发表面亲水性较差和细菌滋生的问题,提出采用亲水性换热器材料、利用等离子体技术或纳米涂层技术对换热表面进行处理以及在换热管外包覆亲水性纤维三种方法来改善亲水性能,并提出用纳米TiO2悬浊液对填料和换热管进行特殊处理,来解决细菌滋生的问题。改善后的蒸发冷却空调机组具有良好的亲水性能和杀菌功能,这样的改善既提高了室内空气品质,又具有很大的节能意义。这为纳米光催化与蒸发冷却技术相结合的空调系统的开发及进一步推广提供了思路。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of evaporative cooling technology application,three methods were put forward to improve its hydrophilic performance and solve the bacterium multiplies,which are hydrophilic heat exchanger materials,nanometer photochemical catalysis technology and coating hydrophilic fibers outside heat exchanger tube.Evaporative cooling air conditioning unit after the improvement has good hydrophilic performance and purification function,so the air quality was enhanced and great energy-saving significance was shown.Thoughts about the development and profound popularity for this special air-conditioning system which combined with the evaporative cooling technology and nanometer photochemical catalysis technology were pointed out.
