| 摘 要： | 通过分析日光灯U形钩的工艺特点,提出了冲压工艺改进的方法,将原工艺采用2副单工序模冲压生产改为一副多工位级进模进行生产。介绍了制件的排样设计、模具结构及工作过程。实践表明,该模具结构合理,能满足制件大批量生产的要求,对类似零件成形有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the process characteristic of U-shaped hook in fluorescent lamp, an improvement method for the stamping process was proposed in which a multi-position pro- gressive die instead of original two single-process stamping dies was applied to the production. The layout design, die structure and working process were presented. Practice showed that the die can meet the demand for large-scale production. |
