摘    要:基于框架式液压机结构的有限元分析模型,首先根据ANSYS Workbench分析确定床身轻量化优化对象为各类筋板,并且借助正交试验法初步确定了立柱筋板的布局,进而采用APDL参数化模型优化了6种主要筋板的厚度及立柱筋板间距,最后通过仿真验证了模型改进后的设计性能,发现最大位移和最大应力有所降低,床身质量减少了1701....

Abstract:Firstly,based on the finite element model of hydraulic press frame structure,various ribs were determined as the optimal objectives of the press body lightweight design under ANSYS Workbench analysis.Moreover,column ribs’ layout was determined preliminary by orthogonal test.Then,both the thicknesses of the six ribs and the spacing of the column ribs were optimized by APDL parameters model.Finally,performance of the optimized model was verified by simulation.The results show that both the maximum displacement and the maximum stress are decreased and the weight is reduced by 1701.7kg.Hydraulic press’s performance is improved efficiently and material is saved.It provides a theoretical basis for hydraulic press structural design.
