高速冲孔压力机主动弹压卸料机构设计

摘    要:为了解决高速冲孔压力机在金属薄板冲孔时出现的工件表面平面度差、沿边和搭边处金属断裂、尺寸膨胀等问题,以目前应用最广泛的闭式双点高速精密压力机的偏心主轴为研究对象,介绍了改进压力机主轴的设计原理,设计增加了来自设备本身的主动压料卸料功能,从根本上解决了生产上存在的上述问题.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that the perforated sheet normally has,such as deformation on surface,size expansion,bad flatness,and bridges break,the current perforating press was studied.The mainshaft was improved with a new design of adding a new active hold-down function,thus the above problems could be prevented completely.
