摘    要:文章基于反求工程技术,在计算机网络和CAD/CAM集成技术的支持下,建立了模具CAD/CAM/DNC集成化制造环境.在建立模具全数字化三维模型的基础上,实施了模具设计与数控加工CAD/CAM/DNC一体化,并实例论述了模具CAD/CAM/DNC一体化的过程,从而可以大大缩短了新产品的开发周期,对快速响应市场产出显著效果.

Abstract:Based on the reverse engineering technique and the CAD/CAM integrated technology, the integrated environment of CAD/CAM/DNC for dies was set up. According to the disital 3D model of dies, the CAD/CAM/DNC integration for die design and machining was realized. An example is given to describe the process of integrated CAD/CAM/DNC. by the introduced method, the integrated technology can greatly shorten the period for developing new products and accelerates the response to the market.
