环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:本文通过IR、XRD分析了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵插层制备的有机土,评价了蒙脱土的有机改性效果。将上述有机土以不同含量添加到环氧树脂中,制备出环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并对其力学性能进行了研究。研究发现,5%的添加量可以使环氧树脂的冲击强度提高155.3%,断裂强度提高45.5%。通过SEM和AFM,对环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料断口进行了微观研究。

Abstract:Organic-montmorillonite was prepared in this paper with CTMAB.FTIR and XRD were used to test the samples,results show that the d001 value are increased.Epoxy/clay nancomposite was prepared by intercalation method.Studying on their properties,it inferred that the impact strength and fracture intensity are largely improved with only loading of 5%.SEM and AFM are used to test the fracture surface of the impact sample.
