| 摘 要： | 采用依利尼尔和艳丽牢酸性染料对PA/PU人造麂皮染色 ,比较两者提升性、上染百分率、皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度的差异。试验表明 ,艳丽牢染料染PA/PU人造麂皮可获得较好的皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度和上染百分率 ,是较为理想的染料 ;依利尼尔染料染麂皮 ,提升性好 ,但皂洗牢度较差 ,经固色剂固色后褪色牢度提高 0 .5～ 1级 ,沾色牢度提高 1～ 1.5级。选择三种酸性染料固色剂固色处理后 ,皂洗牢度提高程度为 :阿可固SX >酸性固色剂S >巴素兰F。

| Abstract: | The article studied dyeing properties of Erionyl dye and Eriofast dye on the imitative suede cloth(PU/PA). The build-up property and dye-uptake of two dyes were compared. The soaping fastness and rubbing fastness were measured. The results showed that Eriofast dye was an ideal dye for suede cloth(PU/PA) to achieve satisfied soaping fastness, rubbing fastness, and dye-uptake. The build-up property of Erionyl dye was better, but soaping fastness was poorer. The fading fastness of soaping was improved 0.5-1, and staining fastness of soaping was improved 1-1.5 by fixation with the selected fixing agent after dyeing with Erionyl dye. In improving the soaping fastness of dyeing, the order of three fixing agent was Alcofix S> Acid fixing agent S> Basolan F. |
