基于WEB的伺服平台远程监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:远程监控已经大量的投入到了实际的生产领域中,并已经产生了很好的效益.伺服平台作为一种传统的生产工具,对其进行改造使其能够适应远程监控的需要将具有非常重要的实际意义.以浙江省重点项目——浙江省省属实验室建设项目为背景,以伺服平台为被控对象,详细介绍了应用H264视频压缩技术、Socket通信技术、ActiveX技术,数据库技术和WEB技术,构建基于WEB的可视化远程监控系统的解决方案和实现方法,并实现了对伺服平台的远程控制、数据的远程访问和现场的实时视频监视.

Abstract:The remote control technology has been widely used in manufacture field. There are lots of benefits there. As the servo platform works as a traditional method, that it needs to be updated to fit the remote control is very important. In this paper, the servo platform is regarded as the controlled object based on a key project in Zhejiang Province. The socket communication technology, ActiveX in Microsoft, database and web technology used in this paper are introduced. The design and implementation of this remote monitor and control system are discussed. In this system, the remote data access, remote data control and real-time video monitor are realized.
