丁腈橡胶丙烯腈含量对丁腈橡胶/聚氯乙烯发泡材料性能的影响

摘    要:研究丁腈橡胶(NBR)丙烯腈含量对NBR/聚氯乙烯(PVC)发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明:在相同促进剂用量下,不同丙烯腈含量NBR/PVC混炼胶的硫化与发泡匹配性和发泡材料的物理性能差别大;通过调节促进剂用量,可改善NBR/PVC混炼胶的硫化与发泡匹配性,以制备出表观密度、真空吸水率、热导率小以及压缩回弹性好的发泡材料。

Abstract:The effect of acrylonitrile content of nitrile rubber(NBR) on the properties of NBR/polyvinylchloride(PVC) foamed materials was investigated. The results showed that at the same accelerator amountused,the vulcanization and foaming compatibility of NBR/PVC compounds with different acrylonitrilecontents in NBR and the physical properties of the foaming materials varied greatly. By adjusting the amountof the accelerator,the vulcanization and foaming compatibility of NBR/PVC compounds were improved toprepare foaming materials with low apparent density,low vacuum water absorption,low thermal conductivityand good compression resilience.
