开放共享背景下城市公园绿地露营满意度评价——以广州为例

：随着城市居民亲近自然的户外活动需求日益增长，出现了在城市公园中开展露营活动的新现象，因此有必要探讨城市公园如何更好地支撑露营活动的开展。从游客满意度视角出发，通过构建城市公园露营满意度指标体系，基于在广州部分城市公园获取的问卷调查数据，运用IPA-Kano模型对城市公园承载露营活动的满意度进行评价。研究表明：基本型要素包括从公园入口到露营点的方便程度、随身财物的安全、消防安全、疫情防控措施、露营区域的空间充足程度、露营区域的私密性/嘈杂程度、露营区域的树荫、开放区域大小和草坪的保养维护水平，是最需要改善的要素；关键性绩效型要素包括停车方便程度和蛇虫叮咬，是第二优先级的待改善要素；不同要素的露营满意度在不同类型公园间存在差异。旨在提高城市公园满足居民露营需求的能力，以期为城市公园绿地的开放共享方式提供参考借鉴。

Satisfaction Evaluation of Camping in Urban Parksin the Context of Open and Sharing: A Case Studyof Guangzhou

With the growing demand for outdoor activities closeto nature among urban residents, the new phenomenon of campingactivities in urban parks has emerged, so it is necessary to explorehow urban parks support camping activities. This study uses the IPAKanomodel to evaluate the satisfaction of urban parks in supportingcamping activities from the perspective of visitor satisfaction byconstructing an index system for camping satisfaction in urban parksand based on questionnaire data obtained in some urban parks inGuangzhou. The study shows that the basic elements include theconvenience of getting from the park entrance to the camping site,the safety of belongings, fire safety, epidemic prevention and controlmeasures, the adequacy of space in the camping area, the privacy/noise level of the camping area, the shade of the camping area, thesize of the open area and the level of maintenance of the lawn, whichare the most important elements to be improved; the key performanceelements include the convenience of parking and snake and insectbites, which are the second priority element to be improved; campingsatisfaction in different types of parks varies somewhat across theelements. This study aims to improve the ability of urban parks tomeet residents'' camping needs, with a view to providing a referencefor the open and sharing of urban parks and green spaces.
