摘    要:在新能源大规模接入电力系统的背景下,电网侧储能作为一种灵活资源可以支撑电力系统运行。评估储能应用价值是进行储能容量配置的必要准备工作。文中首先定义3个评估指标,体现出储能对新能源消纳、电力系统灵活性和系统调度经济性的价值;然后基于多参数混合整数线性规划理论,提出一种储能容量价值评估方法,并应用到所提评估指标中,每个评估指标都能得到以储能功率容量和能量容量为参数的分段线性函数;最后使用东北电网数据仿真验证所提模型和方法。结果显示所提方法可以解析刻画储能容量对其应用价值的影响,并将结果进行可视化展示;解析表达式中包含的灵敏度信息揭示了储能容量价值的关键瓶颈参数,并可为不同应用场景储能容量配置提供参考。

Abstract:Grid-side energy storage can support power system operation as a flexible resource; evaluating the value of energy storage is a necessary preparation for its capacity sizing. This paper first defines three value indexes that reflect the value on renewable energy utilization, power system flexibility, and dispatch economy; then, a value evaluation method based on multi-parametric mixed integer linear programming is proposed and applied to above indexes. As a result, each index is represented as an analytical piecewise linear function of the power and energy capacity of storage. Finally, the proposed models and method are verified on the northeast grid data; the evaluation results analytically and visually reveal the information about how the value of energy storage is affected by its capacity, which provides insightful reference for energy storage capacity sizing.
