单糖或双糖聚合物改善纸基包装材料回抄性研究

摘    要:本研究通过调控阻隔涂层的涂料和单糖(葡萄糖)或双糖(蔗糖)类辅助型物料种类和比例以达成协同效应,构建具有良好热封、防水、防油,且易于回抄的绿色纸基包装材料。结果表明,在阻隔涂料中引入单糖或双糖,可明显提高纸基材料的可回抄性能;在单糖或双糖质量分数达10%(相对于阻隔涂料)时,即可在不影响纸基包装材料性能的前提下,达到90%以上可回抄。

Abstract:This paper aimed to achieve a collaborative strategy by changing the types and proportions of barrier coatings and auxiliary materials, in order to construct green flexible packaging materials with good heat sealing, water resistance, oil resistance, and easily repulpable. The results showed that the barrier coating introduced the monosaccharides or disaccharides as auxiliary could significantly improve the recyclability of paper based materials. When the mass fraction of monosaccharides or disaccharides reached 10% (relative to barrier coatings), more than 90% of paper-based packaging materials could be easily repulped without affecting their performance.
