摘    要:大量分布式电源出力随机波动性会威胁配电网经济安全运行,因此本文提出一种考虑通道因素的变压器增容和分布式电源配电网协调规划方法。首先,根据分布式电源的运行特点采用模糊变量表示分布式电源出力并建立其隶属函数以反映输出功率的不确定性;其次,引入分布式发电渗透率和供电半径等约束条件,以期望网损、设备固定费用及其运行成本等为目标,建立包含多种控制手段的含分布式电源配电网上下层协调规划模型;最后,对上下层控制变量进行染色体混合编码,构建双层优化遗传求解算法。由仿真结果验证所提方法在提升配电网经济性与可靠性的有效性。

Abstract:The random fluctuation of the distributed generation will threaten the economy and safety of distribution network. Therefore, this paper proposes a coordinated planning method of transformer capacity expansion and distributed generation for the distribution network considering Channel Factor. Firstly, according to the operation characteristics of distributed generation, fuzzy variables are used to represent the output power of distributed generation, and its membership function is established to reflect the uncertainty of output power. Secondly, Constraints such as distributed generation permeability and power supply radius are introduced. Based on the objective function of fuzzy expected network loss, fixed equipment investment cost and operating cost, a two-layer coordinated planning model with multiple control means is established. Finally, the control variables of the upper and lower levels are coded with chromosomes, and a double level optimization genetic algorithm is constructed. The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective in improving the economic benefits and power supply reliability of distribution network.Secondly, the fuzzy chance constraint is introduced to deal with the constraints such as line power and node voltage.
