掺Bi改性MnO的制备及电化学性能研究

摘    要:通过在氮气保护下热分解固相合成的MnC2 O4及掺杂Bi的MnC2 O4,分别制备了MnO及改性的Bi MnO。通过X射线衍射、溶解度测定、循环伏安分析、充放电、Tafel曲线测试及阻抗分析等手段 ,对其进行了表征及性能研究。结果表明纯MnO的两电子放电容量不超过 1 5 0mAh/ g ,而经过改性后的Bi MnO的两电子放电容量可达 41 7mAh/g ,Bi的掺入有助于提高其电化学性能。通过交流阻抗图谱分析及循环伏安实验对改性机理进行了探讨

Abstract:MnO and Bi doped MnO were prepared under nitrogen atmosphere by thermal decomposition of MnC 2O 4 and Bi doped MnC 2O 4 synthesized by solid state reaction respectively. Characterization and performance of samples were studied by X ray diffraction (XRD), TEM and measurement of solubility, constant current charge/discharge, cyclic voltammetry (CV), Tafel curves test and AC impedance analysis. The results show that the discharge capacity of the two electrode equivalent electron in pure MnO is less than 150 mAh/g and the capacity of modified Bi doped MnO is 417 mAh/g. The electrochemical performance of MnO is improved by doping Bi in. The modification mechanism of the Bi doped MnO was discussed according to cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance.
