| 摘 要： | 大峪口公司20万t/aP2O5,磷酸装置的副产磷石膏采用湿法排渣技术,磷石膏输送系统主要设备双级渣浆泵系德国进口,运行中存在问题较多.通过计算确定泵扬程、功率、转速,选用2台串联国产泵代替进口泵,并在串联的第1级泵加变频调速,控制流量,使能耗年节约60万元,并且维修费用也大为减少.

| Abstract: | The technology for separation of sludge in WPA is used in Dayukou Chemical Co.,Ltd.to transport the by-product phosphogypsum from phosphoric acid production of 200 kt / a P2O5.There are more problems in the slurry double stage pump imported from Germany which is the main equipment of phosphogypsum conveyer system.By determining the head,power,and speed of pump,two tandem pumps made in China are selected to replace the imported pump and a frequency-converting governor is added for the first pump to control flow.The energy cost is saved 600 000 RMB Yuan and the maintenance cost is much reduced. |
