西宁供电局变电带电作业工作浅析

Brief Analysis of Charged Operation of Xining Power Supplying Bureau

In order to improve managing level of Xining power supplying bureau's charged operation,and ensure the safe operation,promote development of charged operation,the paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion combining with the present problems existed in this process and its developing trends.The paper takes several projects as the example that operated in the bureau,and according to the characteristics of the charged operation,it discusses security and technology management,operation method and operation requirement of the charged operation in detail.The paper also makes a technical analysis about two important questions,one is the transformation of insulation instrument's preliminary test,and the other is the stop using of automatic reclose in the charged operation,and makes a probe about the facing challenge in the charged operation.The paper indicates that the staff's quality,operation method and the instrument performance is the important aspect to ensure the safe operation.
