| 摘 要： | 为了获得良好的镀层,减少电镀造成的废品,详细介绍了锌合金压铸件的磨光、抛光、脱脂、弱浸蚀、活化及预镀等镀前处理工艺和方法,特别强调了锌合金压铸件镀前处理和预镀在整个电镀工艺过程中的重要性.应用实践表明,镀前处理是电镀过程中的关键,按照工艺规程表操作,电镀件良好的合格率是可以达到的.

| Abstract: | In order to achieve better plating and reduce the plating wasters, the technologies before plating for zinc alloy die casting were introduced in detail including burnishing, polishing, degreasing, weak immersion corrosion, activating and pre-plating, especially for the important of pretreatment and pre-plating in whole electroplating process. Practices show that the treatments before plating is the key to electroplating process. According to the technological specification, the qualified rate of better electroplating can be reached. |
