摘    要:为解决风电的不确定性、不可预测性和低谷的反调峰等特性给电网运行与调度带来的困难,引入可切除负荷模型,构造了包含风电场和可切除负荷的电力系统经济调度模型,并利用非线性内点法及超级稀疏技术实现了该模型的解算.同时,通过经济手段,消峰填谷,提高了系统备用容量.算例验证了所提模型及解算方法的正确性.

Abstract:In order to deal with the difficulties in electric network running and dispatching brought by the uncertainty, unpredictability and anti - regulation of low ebb of wind power, this paper proposes to bring in resectable load model,formulates the power system economic dispatching model with wind farm and resectable load, and calculates the model by non -linear interior point method and super sparse technology, and points approaches, including economic measures and peak - load shifting, to enhance system spare capacity. The calculation example verifies the correctness of the mentioned model and calculation methods.
