摘    要:针对发电机内冷水水质长期不能达到DL/T801-2010《大型发电机内冷却水质及系统要求》标准的问题,分析了水质不合格的原因,采用直接加NaOH与调整H-OH混床、Na-OH混床运行相结合的处理工艺,对发电机内冷水处理装置进行了改造.实验表明,该处理工艺能够保证发电机内冷水的各项水质指标在合格范围内,有效抑制发电机定子线圈的铜腐蚀.

Transformation and technological analysis of internal cooling water treatment facility of generator

Abstract:Since the water quality fails to reach the standards of DL/TS01 -2012 Requirements of Internal Cooling Water Quality and System of Large - Scale Generator, this paper analyzes the reasons for disqualified water and transforms the internal cooling water treatment facility by adding NaOH, adjusting H -OH mixed bed and operating Na- OH mixed bed. The experiment shows that the treatment technique guarantees that the water quality index is within qualified standards,which suppresses copper corrosion of stator coil of generator.
