广研R型点焊密封胶的研制及性能

采用氯丁橡胶为基体材料,配合邻苯二甲酸二葵酯、银粉、补强填料等助剂,采用行星分散工艺,制备得到广研R型点焊密封胶,对研制的产品进行了性能评估:应用广研R型点焊密封胶的试样,其点焊质量与美国同类产品无明显差距,达到焊接质量标准,且一定范围内的涂胶质量对剪切拉力和焊核直径未显示出差异;密封性能试验中,广研R型点焊密封胶显示出较好的密封性能,试验的最大气压值达0.25MPa;另外,产品在人工气候老化试验后无裂纹,保持粘性。

Preparation and Performance of GY R-type Spot Welding Sealant

A kind of R-type spot welding sealant was prepared by chloroprene rubber as a basis material, di-iso- decyl phthalate, aluminium powder, reinforcement fillers and other additives and its performance was evaluated in this paper. The welding quality of spot welding sample used together with GY R-type spot welding sealant was as good as the American similar product. Experimental results showed that shear tension force and diameter of nugget had not changed significantly when amount of sealant spread changed within a certain range. And GY R-type spot welding sealant showed better sealing performance whose maximum value of air pressure could be up to 0. 25 MPa in test. Furthermore,the sealant product had no cracking and kept stickiness after artificial weathering test.
