胶板眼镜框雕刻机的图形识别技术研究

摘    要:在比较AutoCAD五种二次开发工具特性的基础上,选择对AutoCAD控制能力强、程序可读性好、系统智能性高的ObjectARX作为AutoCAD二次开发工具,针对胶板眼镜框雕刻的图形简单、造型单一的特点,对眼镜框雕刻机的图形识别技术进行了研究;提出先搜索闭合曲线框后再识别的方法,通过读取AutoCAD图形信息并分类,建立数据库实体信息表,再根据各实体的起始/终止点坐标值,搜索出3个闭合曲线框,并分别加以识别,从而实现胶板眼镜框图形的智能识别,为研制经济实用的专用胶板眼镜框雕刻机奠定了基础.

Abstract:Five kind of AutoCAD secondary development tools is compared and the ObjectARX, which has the characteristic of strong controlling ability, higher program readability and intelligentize degree, is selected to recognize veneer spectacles frame. The method of searching closed curves is introduced to realize the intelligent recognition. Database of entities is established by reading and sorting curves information. And three closed curve circles are found with coordinate values of starting points or ending point. As a result, it is established the foundation of manufacturing special engraving plotter of veneer spectacles frame.
