冲裁模中导柱导套设计问题的探讨

摘    要:通过分析导柱导套配合间隙对冲裁间隙的影响、冲裁力对冲裁间隙的影响以及导柱导套形位误差对冲裁过程的影响,提出冲裁模中导柱导套设计的一些基本思路和方法,以便克服导柱导套设计的盲目性.根据分析和计算结果,指出设计资料中关于导柱导套配合间隙选择中的欠妥说法,并提出将两导柱中的一导柱设计成棱形导柱以降低导柱导套形位公差要求的可行办法.
