摘    要:采用釜内添加助剂技术及模拟串联聚合工艺制备了可直接加工成型的HMWHDPE粉料,考察了不同助剂添加方式及添加量催化剂活性、相对产率、HMWHDPE粉料的热氧老化性能、力学性能和加工性能的影响,结果表明,PZ-120、BCH催化剂所生产的粉料流动速度慢,细粉度高,TK催化剂是目前生产HMW HDPE较好的催化剂,针对TK催化剂,采用聚合前与延迟添加助剂的B的工艺,所得HMWHDPE的热氧化诱导期大于27min,热老化时间大于120d,缺口冲击强度632J/m,耐环境应力开裂3000h,明显优于8200B料。

Abstract:s HMWHDPE powder for direct processing was prepared by means of additive addition to reactor.The effects of different additive addition method and amount on the activity of catalyst,relative production rate,heat ageing property,mechanical properties and processability of HMWHDPE powder were studied.The results showed the powder produced with PZ-120 and BCH as catalysts had low rate of flow and fine powder.Catalyst TK is a relatively good catalyst for the production of HMWHDPE at present.When TK was used and the addition of additive B was before the polymerization and delayed,the induction time of thermal oxidation was longer than 27min,heat ageing time longer than 120d,notched impact strength 632J/m,ESC resistance 3000h,obviously better than those of 8200B powder compound.
