基于CAN总线的钻井参数监测系统

摘    要:本文介绍的钻井参数监测系统实现了扭矩和钻压的直接测量、可准确地得到扭矩真实值;测量方式与钻机类型无关。整个钻井监测采用网络化、模块化设计,而且信号传输基于CAN总线技术,简化了系统连线,提高了信号传输的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:The monitoring system of drilling parameter introduced in this paper can measure torque and bit loading directly.Especially,it can measure the true value of torque accurately.The mode of measurement has no correlative relationship to the type of drill.The design of modularization and network is adopted in all the system. Signal transmission based on CAN bus predigested system connecti on and improved the reliability and the security of signal transmission.
