基于Hopfield神经网络的贴片机路径优化

摘    要:SMT生产线要达到最大效率,贴片机的贴装速度是一项重要的指标,而贴装效率与贴装路径密切相关。通过分析贴片机的贴装工艺流程,应用Hopfield神经网络模型对贴装路径进行优化,并且给出了相关的Matlab程序。实验结果表明,算法可以解决贴片机元件贴装的路径优化问题。

Abstract:To achieve maximum efficiency of surface mount product line,the speed of placement machine is an important indicator.By analysing mounted chip assembly route optimization problem,we use Hopfield neural network to optimize surface mount technology and present relevant Matlab program.Then,simulation experiment proves that the method is suitable to the mounted chip assembly route optimization problem.
