钢丝绳拉力计算机自动测量系统的研究

摘    要:对钢丝绳拉力计算机自动测量系统进行了研究,该系统采用多个液压千斤顶同步顶升来实现大吨位长整钢丝绳的实际承载力检测。其控制系统以工控机为核心,基于现场总线技术,对压力传感器、位移传感器、状态设置开关、油泵换向阀和油管超高压电磁阀等设备进行网络监控,并对多个支点进行同步协调控制,实现了钢丝绳拉力的精确测量。解决了大吨位长整钢丝绳的实际承载力和钢丝绳压扣质量无法检测的问题。

Abstract:The measure of wire rope pulling force based on industrial control computer was studied.The system adopts a lot of jacks to realize the measurement of carrying capacity of large tonnage and long whole wire rope,makes use of field bus technology to carry the network monitoring to pressure sensor,displacement sensor,switch,etc,and carries on the synchronous control to a lot of fulcrums and the accurate measurement of wire rope pulling force.So the problem that the carrying capacity of large tonnage and long whole wire rope and wire rope pigeonhole quality can't be measured was solved.
