管坯钢T91夹杂物控制实践与分析

摘    要:对管坯钢T91的夹杂物控制进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:电炉严格控制下渣并降低出钢温度,LF炉强化Al脱氧,强化渣系碱度和Al2O3含量控制(精炼渣碱度按3.0~3.5进行控制,w(Al2O3)按23%~27%控制),能有效降低钢液中的夹杂物;同时合理控制底吹氮气、氩气流量,能进一步去除钢中的夹杂物,避免钢液卷渣。

Abstract:The inclusions control of T91 steel tube were experimentalized.The results show that the inclusions in liquid steel could be reduced effectively by controlling furnace slag and reducing tapping temperature, strengthening the Al deoxidation and the slag basicity and Al2O3 content control.At the same time, the nitrogen and argon of ladle bottom were reasonable controlled, could further reduce the inclusions of molten steel, avoid the involvement of slag.
