钢丝绳柔性抽油杆抽油装置图表选择法的研究

摘    要:对柔性连续抽油杆抽油装置图表选择法进行了简要的理论分析。为了保证柔性抽油杆在工作中下冲程过程的正常回落 ,在钢丝绳的末端设置了一定长度的加重杆 ,所以柔性杆的最大下泵深度为钢丝绳和加重杆两部分长度之和。另外 ,针对钢丝绳抽油杆自身弹性模量小、弹性大的特点 ,提出了确定泵柱塞有效冲程的新的计算理论 ,并且在青海尕斯库勒油田 16 - 6井实际验证了上述理论计算的正确性。

Abstract:The diagram method for selecting the flexible continuous rod pumping system is analyzed. To ensure the flexible sucker rod falling down normally in the downstroke, a weighted rod with a certain length is fixed at the end of the wire rope, therefore the maximal setting depth of the pump is the sum of the lengths of the wire rope and the weighted rod. In addition, according to the characteristics of small elastic modulus and large elasticity of the wire line sucker rod, a new calculating theory for determining the effective stroke of the pump plunger is put forward, which is proved correct in the production of a well in Qinghai oilfield.
