| 摘 要： | 结合不锈钢分公司1780mm热连轧机生产工艺特点,采用不锈钢与碳钢的混合轧制提高不锈钢的生产能力和表面质量,根据不锈钢的不同特性,探索混合轧制条件下的混合轧制种类、轧辊磨损、混合轧制接续基准,并形成规模化生产实践.

| Abstract: | In combination with the process characteristics of Stainless Steel Branch's 1780mm hot rolling mill,the stainless steel and carbon steel mixed rolling was adopted to improve stainless steel's surface quality and productivity.On the basis of different features of stainless steel and under the mixed rolling conditions,the mixed rolling types,roll wearing,and mixed rolling succession norm are explored so as to form scale production. |
