摘    要:现阶段,电池储能系统(BESS)在用户侧得到了广泛应用。对安装在用户侧的BESS来说,运行成本主要体现为电池损耗成本,收益体现为用电负荷时序平移和月最大需量减少带来的电费支出下降。为发掘用户侧BESS的最大使用效益,建立了以用户综合用电成本最小为优化目标的BESS运行策略优化模型,并采用CPLEX求解器求解。仿真实验表明,对BESS运行策略进行优化可降低用户综合用电成本; BESS接入用户侧后,若容量选择得当,收益可覆盖成本,具有经济上的可行性。

Abstract:At present, battery energy storage system (BESS) has been applied widely in distribution systems on user side. The operating costs of the BESS installed on the user side come mainly from battery wear costs, and the benefits of the BESS come from the reduction of electricity customers’ bills resulted from the time sequence shifting of electricity load and maximum monthly electricity demand decreasing. The paper establishes the optimization model of operation strategy for BESS with the objective of minimizing the electric power consumption costs of the consumer, and uses the CPLEX solver to solve the optimization problem. The simulation results show that the electric power consumption costs of the consumer can be reduced by optimizing the operation strategy for BESS, and the benefits of the BESS can cover the costs if BESS capacity is reasonably selected after the integration of BESS into the user side distribution system.
