基于改进FPA-LHS算法的并网型微电网容量优化配置研究

摘    要:随着分布式电源的迅猛发展,微电网逐步成为了能源供应的重要方式。而风能和太阳能受环境影响较大,具有出力不稳定的特点,并网后会对电力系统的稳定运行造成影响,因此对并网型风/光/储微电网的容量进行优化配置成为了微电网规划的研究热点。为此,首先选取磷酸铁锂电池为储能装置,构建了风/光/储微电网的出力模型;然后以最小系统年等额成本、最小系统年碳排放总额和最小系统外购电比例为优化目标,建立了并网型风/光/储微电网容量的多目标优化模型;随后对FPA-LHS算法进行改进,并运用改进FPA-LHS算法对多目标优化模型进行求解,得到了优化后的配置方案;最后通过与其他优化算法的计算结果进行对比,验证了改进FPA-LHS算法的有效性。

Abstract:With the rapid development of distributed generation,microgrid has gradually become an important way of energy supply. Wind energy and solar energy are greatly affected by the environment and have the characteristics of unstable output power,which will affect the stable operation of power system after the wind energy and solar energy integration. Therefore, the optimal capacity configuration of grid-connected wind-PV-storage microgrid has become a research hotspot of the microgrid planning. Firstly,the output model of the wind-PV-storage microgrid is constructed by selecting lithium iron phosphate battery as energy storage device. Then the multi-objective capacity optimization model of the grid-connected wind-PV-storage microgrid is established by taking the minimum system equivalent annual cost,the minimum system total annual carbon emission and the minimum system outsource electricity trading as optimization objectives. Furthermore,FPA-LHS algorithm is improved and is applied to solving the model, obtaining the optimized configuration scheme. Finally, compared with the calculation results from other optimization algorithms, the effectiveness of the improved FPA-LHS algorithm is verified.
