| 摘 要： | 本文应用硅橡胶热膨胀模塑成型工艺成功地制备出符合尺寸精度要求的碳／环氧复合材料管。探讨了影响该成型工艺的主要因素。但实测的力学性能中复合材料管的压缩强度较低，本文对此进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,SRTEM was used to successfully make carbon/epoxy composite pipe which met size precision.Main factors that influence SRTEM process were discussed.But compression strength of mechanical properties measured was low,all possible reasons were discussed. |
