红霉素在丙酮溶液中的降解动力学研究

摘    要:采用HPLC法测定红霉素药物浓度,研究红霉素在pH为7、8、9和10的条件下降解以及在15、25、35、45和55℃的条件下降解。不同pH缓冲溶液中,红霉素含量下降速度依次为pH 10>9>8>7,红霉素在pH 8和pH 9缓冲溶液中降解的反应速率常数分别为0.034h-1和0.0685h-1。不同温度条件下,红霉素含量下降速度依次为55>45>35>25>15℃,红霉素在15、25和35℃条件下,pH 10的缓冲溶液中降解的反应速率常数分别为0.2454h-1、0.3407h-1和0.4369h-1。

Abstract:HPLC method was used for the determination of erythromycin.The degradation of erythromycin was studied at pH=7,8,9 and 10 and at 15,25,35,45 and 55℃,respectively.Experimental results showed that the rate of decline of erythromycin followed by pH 10>9>8>7 in different pH buffer solutions.The rate constants were 0.034 h-1 and 0.0685 h-1 at pH 8 and pH 9,respectively.Under different temperatures,the rate of decline of erythromycin followed by 55>45>35>25>15℃.Experimental results showed that the rate constants were 0.2454 h-1,0.3407 h-1 and 0.4369 h-1 in solution(pH 10) at 15,25 and 35℃,respectively.
