摘    要:介绍了ABB公司针对大功率发动机的发展需求,不断发展其增压器技术的情况,具体体现在以下几方面:在单级高压比A100-L系列增压器基础上,进一步扩大容积流量以满足更大功率的覆盖范围;用于低速机的新一代A200-L系列增压器,通过高压比调节方式可替代可变几何涡轮优化部分负荷;ABB两级增压系统的配置及两级增压系统在柴油机和气体机应用的典型案例;分析了两级增压系统潜能,两级增压系统结合可变气门正时技术,可显著降低NOx排放和燃油效率,提高发动机瞬态特性。

Abstract:In order to meet the development requirements for large-power engine,ABB constantly improve its turbocharging technologies,which are introduced respectively.Based on single-stage,high pressure tuning A100-L series turbocharger,the volume flow was further enhanced to cover even bigger power range.The A200-L Series turbocharger for low-speed engine is also introduced.High-pressure-tuning also can update the variable geometric turbine turbocharger for the low-load or part-load tuning.The 2-stage turbocharging system is presented,as well as its application cases of gas engine and diesel engine.The potential of 2-stage turbocharger is analyzed,with miller-timing and VVT,2-stage turbocharger system can significantly improve of the trade-off line fuel consumption vs.NOx emissions on four stroke diesel engines and also improve the transient operation performance.
