| Abstract: | Major techniques and methods in speckle metrology are reviewed. Topics include the speckle photography (SP), the speckle interferometry (SI), the electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI), the digital speckle correlation methods (DSCM), and the temporal speckle pattern interferometry (TSPI). Some significant applications of speckle metrology in science and engineering are also presented in this paper. |
