| 摘 要： | 从台车受力角度出发，研究带式烧结机头、尾部台车起拱现象，分析台车起拱的根本原因；根据烧结机头、尾部台车起拱原因，提出解决台车起拱问题的4种方法，从而达到延长台车使用寿命，减少烧结机生产漏风。

| Abstract: | Based on the mechanical state of the sintering pallet,the paper studies the arching appearance on the head and end of the pallet,analyses the major reason of the arching.According to the reason,it puts forward 4 kinds of methods to resolve the problem,which can extend the service lifetime and reduce the air leakage of the sintering machine in production. |
