摘    要:从增强疏水性和亲苯性的角度制备了两种PDMS的改性膜:甲基嵌段PDMS膜及PMPhS膜。红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明,甲基嵌段PDMS膜与PDMS膜化学结构相同,而PMPhS中含有苯基。接触角测量结果表明,改性膜的亲苯性和疏水性均增强。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了膜的表面形态结构,确认其改性膜的渗透蒸发分离性能优于未改性膜。PMPhS(JHG-GT-1)膜的通量和分离因子分别达到293g/(m~2·h)和4220,高于文献值。

Abstract:Two kinds of modified PDMS membranes, methyl-block-PDMS membrane and PMPhS membrane are prepared in order to improve the hydrophobicity and benzene solubility of membrane. FTIR analysis shows that methylblock-PDMS membrane has the same chemical structure as unmodified PDMS membrane, and that benzyl groups exist in PMPhS membranes. Contact angle measurement indicates modified membranes are more hydrophobic and of higher benzene solubility than unmodified one. Surface morphology of modified membranes is observed by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Modified membranes show better osmotic pervaporation performances than unmodified one. Flux and separation factors of PMPhS (JHG-GT-1) membrane are 293 g/hom2 and 4220 respectively, which are higher than those reported in literatures.
