天轮的铸造工艺设计

摘    要:通过分析天轮铸件的铸造应力,并根据该铸件的结构特点,设计了钠水玻璃砂造型、内冷铁激冷、无冒口的铸造工艺,消除了裂纹、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,成功地生产出尺寸、表面品质、硬度均符合要求的天轮铸件.

Abstract:Foundry technologies containing Natrium sodium silicate bonded sand molding, internal chill, non-riser are designed by analysis of casting stress and structural characteristics for flywheel, as well as the crack, shrinkage, porosity are overcome. Finally, flywheels whose size, quality, hardness can meet the requests are made successfully.
