| 摘 要： | 针对当今旋转机械故障诊断系统和安全保护系统提出新的思想观点———故障预防诊断系统。在开展初步研究的过程中 ,利用工厂现场设备 ,以工控机为核心 ,采用VC 6 .0为编程工具 ,综合DAS技术、DDE技术、串口通信技术建立一套离心式压缩机试验数据采集系统 ;同时应用Matlab编程对数据分析计算 ,并绘制出大量的曲线图形。从而得出结论 ,充分证明所提出的故障预防思想是行之有效的

| Abstract: | Compared with the current fault diagnosis system and safety protection system of rotary machinery,a new fault prevention and diagnosis system is presented.In the primary course of the study,a set of data acquisition system(DAS) of centrifugal compressor experiment was constructed,employing field equipment and industrial computer,using VC 6.0 as program environment,integrating the techniques of DAS,DDE,serial communication.In the meantime,the system makes data analysis through Matlab programs and draws graphics.Its conclusions fully prove that the opinion of fault prevention and diagnosis is feasible and effective. |
