大修铝电解槽阴极钢棒棒头切口位置的合理选择与爆炸块的重复使用

摘    要:根据萍乡铝厂60kA侧插自焙阳极铝电解槽大修时对阴极钢棒棒头切口位置的全理选择,探讨钢铝爆炸块重复使用的有效途径,认为萍乡铝厂对阴极钢棒棒头切口位置的选择在工艺技术上是完全可行的,既节省了钢材消耗,又使昂贵的钢铝爆炸块得到了重复利用,在经济上可取得可观的效益,是一项值得推广的新工艺。

Abstract:According to the rational choice of the cutting-position of the cathode-steel -rod-head during the major overhaul of the 60 kA side-mounted self-sinterde anode aluminium electrolyzer in Pingxiang Aluminium Plant,this paper probes into the effective way to reuse the aluminium-steel-explosion-block.The choice is thought to be entirely feasible in technology.It makes the costly aluminium-steel explosion-block reused,reduces the steel material consumption and achieves considerable benefit in economy.This new technology is worth popularizing.
